Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!
Inform your country and zip code during checkout to know the international shipping options and rates.

Keep in mind that all prices stated are in Brazilian Real (BRL/ R$)

To see an USD estimate just click on the little blue “i” close to the BRL prices. The estimates shown here may be lower than the final conversion made by PayPal.

When will my order be shipped?

If your order contains only in-stock products it will be packed and sent to you within 5 business days.

If your order includes products made-to-order it will be sent to you once all made-to-order products are manufactured.
Pay attention to each item’s manufacturing time .

You can check the status of your order by login into your account.

What does MTO and RTS means?

MTO stands for Made-to-Order
RTS stands for Ready-to-Ship

How do I choose the petticoat waist size?

The waistbands are fully elastic and the elastic is very flexible. Select your actual waist size or the closest option listed and we will do our best to adjust the elastics according to your measurement and the weight of the petticoat.

You can also leave us a message during checkout giving us more information about your preferences for the waistband and we will do our best to make it perfect for you.

If after reading the guide you’re still in doubt about the number of layers, you can place your order leaving a message during the checkout asking for photos of the petticoat so you can decide whether to add more layers to it or not.
E.g.: you don’t know whether to order 5 or 6 layers, order 5 layers and ask for photos of it.

Do you accept custom orders?

We do not make products other than the ones listed on the website.

If you would like to make little changes to made-to-order products send us a message asking if the change you have in mind is possible.

What are the payment methods available?

Currently we only accept Credit Card (Stripe) and PayPal as our official payment methods.

Can I cancel my order?

No, all sales are final. Once you place an order it is considered a sale and not paying for it or cancelling it may occur a ban from our website.

I was blocked from my account, what do I do?

For security reasons, if you try to log into an account 3 times and fail you will be blocked from trying again for 4 hours.

There is nothing that can be done other than wait for the 4 hours block to pass.

Make sure the username and password are correct and if you don’t remember one of them use the “forgot my password” to avoid being blocked.
