1 – International Customers

  • Yes, we ship internationally!
  • Inform your country and zip code during checkout to know the international shipping options and rates.

1.1 – Customs and Duties

  • MeLikesTea is not responsible by any means for the custom fees or duties you may have to pay once the parcel arrives in your country.

2 – Delivery

  • Your parcel is posted during the manufacturing period (for made-to-order) or within 5 working days (for ready-to-ship products).
  • If you are paying using PayPal make sure that your delivery address in such platforms is the same as the address stated in your MeLikesTea account before making the payment.
    • We can only send your order to your PayPal shipping address and it cannot be changed once the order is placed.
    • If you are about to move to a new address wait till you move to place your order or use a friend’s or relative’s address to receive your order. 

2.1 – International Delivery

  • Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military States (AA, AE or AP).
  • All international orders are sent using an FedEx and are usually delivered within 8 business days;
    • Since August 2022 all shipments are sent via Signed Delivery, which means FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address or from somebody nearby, such as a neighbour or building manager.

2.1.1 – Lost or Stolen Parcel

  • Only orders shipped via “Signed delivery” are eligible for a compensation in case the parcel is stolen or lost.
  • The compensation is only granted after a FedEx investigation takes place to identify the mishappen. No refunds or compensation are made before the investigation is concluded.

2.2 – National Delivery

  • National orders are shipped via PAC or SEDEX according to the customer’s choice.
    • PAC takes up to 15 business days to be delivered;
    • SEDEX takes up to 7 business days to be delivered.

2.2.1 – National Free Shipping

  • National free shipping is available for orders over R$400;
    • The orders granted free shipping will shipped via PAC.
    • The National Free Shipping is only valid in Brazil.

3 – Tracking Number

  • All parcels are registered and the tracking number is sent automatically once the order is shipped;
  • It is the customer’s duty to follow tracking updates;
    • In case of problems occurred during delivery we will do everything we can to ensure that it is solved.

4 – Returns and Refunds

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.
  • Everything is handmade and examined before being sent to you, therefore there will be no returns or refunds once you receive your items.
  • Pay attention to the item’s measurements before adding it to your shopping cart.
