1 – Introduction

MeLikesTea consists of a small team of talented seamstresses manufacturing every garment available on our website and due to our slow fashion and fair trade model, we are limited in our ability to offer high discounts. Instead, we strive to offer fair pricing that reflects the high-quality and ethical practices that go into our products.
We believe that our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility is reflected in the value of our products and hope that our wholesale customers share this belief.

1.1 – General Rules

  • The same rules that apply to our retail sales apply to the wholesale;

1.2 – Stock Availability

  • We do not manufacture items beyond those already available in our catalogue;
    • While we understand that there may be some requests for custom orders or new products, we are not currently able to accommodate such requests. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you will find something you love among our existing products.
    • We are unable to guarantee that the items you intend to order will be available by the time of your purchase as the stock for retail and wholesale are the same.
  • Wholesale orders do not include gifts, such as tea bags and other freebies, that may be sent on retail orders.
  • Our website has a limit of 3 unities per order for each item, to overcome this limit, please contact us before placing your order.

2 – Minimum Order Value (MOV)

The wholesale discounts vary according to the value of your order and to qualify for wholesale discounts you must meet a minimum order value.
The values are shown in USD and follow the rules below:

  • Over USD 500: 10% OFF
  • Over USD 1000: 15% OFF
  • Over USD 1500: 20% OFF
  • Over USD 2000: 25% OFF

The discounts apply to all items available on our website, excluding items on sale, and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons.

  • Our website has a limit of 3 unities per order for each item, to overcome this limit, please contact us before placing your order.

3 – Shipping

  • All orders are shipped within 5 business days after all products are manufactured;
    • You can purchase in-stock, made-to-order and Pre-Order items in the same order, in this case the items will only be shipped once both the made-to-order and the Pre-order items are finished.
    • Each made-to-order or pre-order item has its own manufacturing time and this information is found in each item’s page.
  • All international orders are shipped via FedEx and are usually delivered within 8 business days;
  • National orders are shipped via PAC or SEDEX according to the customer’s choice;

4 -Payment

4.1 – International Payment

  • International payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe;
    • In some countries, PayPal has “Pay in 4” or “Pay in 3” programmes available, which let’s you pay for your order in instalments. You can find out if this programme is available for you during the checkout when you are directed to PayPal’s payment page.

4.2 – National Payment

  • National payments can be made via PayPal, Stripe or PIX;
    • If you wish to pay using PIX let us know before placing your order.
  • Payment in instalments is available via PayPal for orders over R$200.

5 – Returns, exchanges or Cancellation

  • All sales are final. Once you place an order it is considered a sale and not paying for it or cancelling it may occur a ban from buying from MeLikesTea in the future.
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns.

6 – Application

Any participant in our wholesale programme is expected to maintain the highest standards of behavior, professionalism, and integrity. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of their participation in the programme.
The following actions are considered to be violations of these standards and may lead to removal from the programme: dishonest or fraudulent business practices, misrepresentation of products or services, harassment or discrimination of any kind, or any other behaviour that reflects poorly on our brand or reputation.
