Important Information

• Our items are carefully handmade and due to their handmade nature there may be small diferences between one product to the other;
  • Actual colours and design may vary slightly due to different device screen settings, the lighting settings during photoshoots, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors.
  • Items may have the same colour name e.g. “Lavender”, this does not guarantee that the colour “Lavender” is the same across all items and sizes, changes in tone and the look of the material used may still occur.
  • We can only guarantee that the colours of two or more items match if they are made from the exact same material, are both Made-to-Order or Pre-Order items and are both ordered at the same time.
    • Example 1: If you order a MTO Voile Wonder Bow in the colour “Cherry” and two months later decide to order another MTO Voile Wonder Bow also in the colour “Cherry” they may not have the same shade.
    • Example 2: If you order a Ready-to-Ship Voile Simple Overskirt in the colour “White” and a MTO Dream Bonnet in the colour “White” in the same order, they may not have the same shade of White.
    • Example 3: If you order a Voile Ruffled Overskirt in “Raspberry” during a pre-order and a MTO Kiki Headbow in “Raspberry” in the same order, both will be an exact match.
• Always check the size table, the measurements shown are the actual garment measurements unless stated otherwise;
  • The measurements may vary in ±2cm;

1.1 – Made-to-order

• Some of our products, such as petticoats, are Made-to-Order (MTO), pay attention to the manufacturing time stated in the product page;
• Each made-to-order item has its own manufacturing time and this information is found in each product page;
  • You can purchase MTO and Ready-to-Ship (RTS) products in the same order, in this case the order will only be shipped once the MTO products are finished.

1.2 – Pre-order

• Whenever there are products available for Pre-Order they will be sold in an specific section of the website and will be labelled so;
• Each pre-order has its own manufacturing time and this information is found in each product page;
  • You can purchase RTS, MTO and Pre-Order products in the same order, in this case the items will only be shipped once both the MTO and the Pre-order items are finished.

2 – Shipping

• All orders are shipped within 5 business days after all products are manufactured;
• All international orders are shipped via FedEx and are usually delivered within 8 business days;
• National orders are shipped using the best courrier available for each state;

3 -Payment

3.1 – International Payment

• The currency for international purchases is US Dollars ($);
• International payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe;
  • In some countries, PayPal has “Pay in 4” or “Pay in 3” programmes available, which let’s you pay for your order in instalments. You can find out if this programme is available for you during the checkout when you are directed to PayPal’s payment page.

3.2 – National Payment

• The currency for national payments is Brazilian Real (R$);
• National payments can be made via PayPal, Stripe or PIX;
  • If you wish to pay using PIX let us know before placing your order.
• Payment in instalments is available via PayPal for orders over R$200.

4 – Cancellation

• All sales are final. Once you place an order it is considered a sale and not paying for it or cancelling it may occur a ban from buying from MeLikesTea in the future.
• We do not accept exchanges or returns.
